Demo 1: Science and Mastermind
In class (Thursday August 23) I discussed the so-called "Scientific
Method", and showed an example of how it works in oceanography/climate
research (see lecture notes for
more information).
As an assessment I asked students to write a 2-paragraph answer to the
following questions:
- How is Mastermind similar to science?
- How is Mastermind different from science?
